By downloading, accessing, or using CattleBoard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
CattleBoard provides cattle market information including user-submitted packer cash bids, USDA market prices, and industry news. The App is designed for cattle producers, ranchers, and beef industry professionals.
3. Subscription Terms
CattleBoard offers a monthly subscription ("CattleBoard Pro") at $4.99/month after a 30-day free trial.
For iOS users: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
For Android/Web users: Payment will be processed through Stripe. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled. You can manage your subscription through the app's account settings.
4. User-Submitted Content
Users may submit packer bid information anonymously. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. All submissions must be actual bids you received. We do not verify user-submitted content and are not responsible for its accuracy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data is informational only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.
6. Limitation of Liability
CattleBoard and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the App, or from any content or decisions made based on information provided.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, submit false information, or engage in any conduct we deem inappropriate.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
